You may cancel your order before it has been approved by our prescriber and dispatched, and you will receive a full refund. Once a prescription has been issued and your order has been dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund due to the nature of prescription medicines and UK pharmaceutical regulations.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in line with our legal obligations.
